It is more than about time this literal piece of shit has been arrested and charged with more crimes.
Mike Donovan, the CEO of Nexus Services Inc., which has monetary judgments that with interest total nearly $1,000,000,000 (one billion dollars), was arrested on Sunday, October 11. It is believed that Donovan has been charged with one county of identity theft and one county of credit card fraud, however since it’s a holiday weekend this can’t be confirmed until tomorrow morning.
It’s believed that Donovan stole the identity of Sam Orlando, who is described both online and in media as “the child” of Donovan and his husband, Richard Edward Moore. It appears that Donovan used Orlando’s identity to obtain a credit card which Donovan has apparently used. Orlando found this out after Donovan was alleged to have totalled a truck belonging to Orlando and when he went to a dealership, couldn’t purchase a replacement vehicle without a substantial down payment because of information relating to this alleged credit card on his credit report.

UPDATE: Donovan have been charged with felony counts of both identity fraud and obtaining money by false pretenses. Donovan has a court hearing at 1PM, today, October 13.
